Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Da Pinche Pinchers LLC, we strive to provide high-quality services. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with this policy.

b. Cancellations

  • You may cancel a service or order prior to fulfillment or scheduled service time.

  • Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible using the method provided in the app or by contacting us directly.

  • We reserve the right to apply cancellation fees if a cancellation occurs within a short notice period (e.g., same day or after service preparation has begun), if applicable.

c. Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not provided as agreed

  • A technical issue or error resulted in an incorrect charge

  • Cancellation occurred within an eligible timeframe

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Completed services

  • Missed appointments (no-shows)

  • Customer dissatisfaction outside the scope of the agreed service (unless determined otherwise at our discretion)

d. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days)

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors

e. Third-Party Payments

If payments are made through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, etc.):

  • Refunds may be subject to those platforms’ policies

  • You may be required to request refunds directly through the platform

f. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

If your app offers subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account settings or app store account

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription time unless required by law
